Starhill Gallery is a lifestyle destination with seven levels of retail, each offering a different and unique experience. Starhill Gallery houses flagship stores of watch brands such as Audemars Piguet, Chopard, Bedat & Co and Richard Mille. Its annual "A Journey Through Time" exhibition is a major event for watch aficionados around the world.

In March 2019, new conditional master tenancy agreements for Starhill Gallery and Lot 10 Property (Malaysia Properties) have been entered into with the current master tenant, Katagreen Development Sdn Bhd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Corporation Berhad, which include asset enhancement works for Starhill Gallery (Proposed Transaction). The asset enhancement works, which are expected to take approximately two years, will turn the retail mall into an integrated development with retail and hotel elements, in line with global trend. Among others, the asset enhancement works will refresh the interior and exterior fa├žade of the mall as well as convert the top three levels of the mall into hotel rooms as an extension of the adjoining JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur. An extraordinary general meeting has been convened on 16 May 2019 to seek Unitholders' approval for the Proposed Transaction.
